Welcome to my author & photography page.

I live in MA with my fiance and rescue dog, Cooper. I teach piano to some wonderful students and am the author of I Never Held You: Miscarriage, Grief, Healing and Recovery. I also run a miscarriage support site. When I'm not teaching, I'm often making inspirational bracelets or outdoors taking pictures. I guess you could call me a creative soul with a rescue dog.

I also welcome you to visit my author page on Amazon, Ellen M. DuBois, on Amazon.com by clicking here.

Thank you, be well and God Bless! Ellen

Spring's Promise in Pictures

by Ellen DuBois on 04/06/19

What a beautiful, spring day in Massachusetts. The temps were in the 60's. The sun was shining and the sky was that kind of blue that "feels" like spring. After running some morning errands, I couldn't wait to get home and walk around the yard with my camera.

Signs of spring were everywhere. From the red colored buds on the trees that reached toward the sun to the white cascades of flowers draping the shrubs. (Lily of the Valley).

Such beauty.

The world seemed to be waking up as my feet sunk into the squishy ground. Just a month ago it was so solid, frozen, dormant. The songs of winter birds were joined by chirps, tweets and quacks of feathered friends who'd recently migrated from warmer climates.

I love the spring. It's filled with promise, hope and beauty.

Thanks for stopping by! - Ellen
