I live in MA with my fiance and rescue dog, Cooper. I teach piano to some wonderful students and am the author of I Never Held You: Miscarriage, Grief, Healing and Recovery. I also run a miscarriage support site. When I'm not teaching, I'm often making inspirational bracelets or outdoors taking pictures. I guess you could call me a creative soul with a rescue dog.

When single mom and piano instructor Sarah McCroy inherited an old Victorian house from her Aunt Mary, she was shocked. Should she sell and save for her kid's education? After exploring the dilapidated house and overgrown yard, her kids Julie and Jake had already decided which rooms they wanted. Time took its toll on the once beautiful home. But, Sarah had such a wonderful life there, especially Christmases. The love within its tired walls beckoned her to return. Could she take this on alone?
