Onto writing & freelance opportunities:

Committed to Freelancing By: Bob Palmer

I've been a professional freelance for a number of years now, working as a copywriter, journalist and author. Like everyone, I struggled when I was starting out, and took a while to find my feet. But after a while, I figured out how to generate more work than I would ever need, and how to earn a very good living from freelancing - and have a great lifestyle, too. Best of all, I now have the freedom to spend more time with my wife Beverley, and watch our children (Ben, Sam, Joe and Jessica) grow up.

Over the years, I've worked with major corporations such as Microsoft, Coca-Cola and Compaq, as well as with startup businesses, non-profits and agencies of every size and description. Two of my books have been published successfully, and I have had the opportunity to work on everything from film scripts to hi-tech web sites. I feel privileged to have enjoyed a varied and challenging career that has really stretched my creative skills.

Nowadays, I'm in the fortunate position of being able to pick and choose the projects I take on. And that has allowed me to put aside enough time to create Freelance Work Exchange.

Why? Because it frustrates me to see so many talented people struggling to make a living online. There's plenty of work for all of us. If you have some skills and a genuine desire to build a successful freelance career, you have every chance of success.

I'm committed to helping you find work and make money. Of course, I can't promise to hand you work on a plate - but if you are committed to developing your career, you will be amazed at what you can achieve.

In the meantime, may I wish you every success with your freelance career.

Some Freelancing and Work from Home Ideas:

Work at Home and Earn an Excellent Income

Imagine being able to work from your own home, doing a job you love, and getting paid handsomely for doing it. Wouldn't that be great?

Well, the good news is that this is not just a fantasy. It is a prospect that is well within your reach. Today, millions of people worldwide have established highly-successful careers as freelance professionals. Writers, designers, programmers and many other home-based consultants have discovered that freelancing offers the perfect combination of freedom, creativity, flexibility and profitability.

So do you need years of experience and fantastic qualifications to join these lucky people? Not at all. You just need a skill that you can offer to potential clients, and the willingness to learn how to run a home-based business.

Of course, the biggest challenge for new freelancers is finding enough work to justify giving up a day job. How can you be sure that you will keep yourself busy with lucrative work? This used to be a concern, but thanks to the advent of the Internet, things are now much easier.

Now there are a number of job sites dedicated to helping freelancers find work and stay busy. Freelancing brings you hundreds of fresh freelance opportunities like these:

I Never Held You: A book about miscarriage, healing, and recovery is the one I am proudest of because it was born out of my own pain and adversity.I Never Held You: A book about miscarriage, healing, and recovery has helped countless women and their families cope with miscarriage and its fallout, with the help of Dr. Linda Backman, Psycholgist, Grief Counselor and Mom, who wrote the foreword and several of the beginning chapters. She gently guides a woman through her grief, and truly understand the pain she is living.

Thanks for stopping by, and blessings to you and yours.

My work has been featured in numerous publications in the past five years both online and in print. Since I began writing, I have had the opportunity to be published in secular, gift and Christian books, and have written three books. Most recently, I've had the honor a greeting card being published by Blue Mountain Arts entitled, I Whispered A Prayer Or Two For You. It's doing quite well, and I feel blessed. There's a lot of meaning behind that card. I originally wrote the poem for a dear friend whose husband was ill. Sadly, he passed away. Almost a year to the date of his passing, I received a letter in the mail from Blue Mountain Arts. They'd selected the poem I'd written for my friend to be published as a greeting card! It serves as a memorial to my firend's husband, and shows how much I care for my friend.

A very interesting site, HowToDoThings.com, has published two of my articles. They are How To Help A Woman After A Miscarriage, and How To Keep Your Children's Piano Lesson On A Good Note.

If you have an area-or issue-specific idea for an article, I would love to share my experiences with your readers through my writing. My areas of expertise include: Miscarriage, inspirational and Christian poetry and essays, lyric and song writing, personalized poems, self-help articles more.
